Weaving Wellbeing

Weaving Wellbeing
Weaving Wellbeing is an Irish designed positive mental health programme which aims to enhance well-being in children aged 8-12 years. It consists of ten lessons for each class level. It was developed with evidence-based interventions from the field of Positive Psychology. It provides children with the opportunity to weave positivity into their daily lives through a range of activities. These include identifying and using their character strengths, boosting positive emotions, developing and nurturing positive relationships, building resilience skills and developing self-efficacy. As part of our S.P.H.E curriculum, in St. Conleth’s National School, we begin the lessons in 2nd class up to 6th class.
