We read Sneezy the Snowman, who melted after jumping into a hot tub, having a BBQ, wearing a jumper, and roasting marshmallows by the fire! This helped us learn about hot and cold and how ice changes when heated. Afterwards, the children created their own snowmen, painting the background with a sponge, cutting out the parts, and sticking them together. They look absolutely adorable!
